Through a mix of live action, animation and puppetry this DVD attempts to teach its audience how and why joy is important. While it is a bit “campy” at times, the lesson is somewhat convoluted as it skips briskly between a birthday party, instructional lessons and old time footage.
The ultimate lesson is to be happy with what we have and to not get caught up in desiring more than we really need to feel joyful. This film will appeal to younger children and is awarded our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for all ages.
