When three couples decide to go to the marriage retreat, hilarity begins. The couples hear the men’s side of things and the women’s version also is told. But as in marriage they each learn that they need God’s guidance to bring them back to the reality that they need each other and to work together.

“Marriage Retreat” is a comical and at times serious look at others as they display the problems of each marriage. Many couples will learn a few lessons from this film. We award this movie the Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for 12 and older because of the scene of a woman having a baby although it is not graphic. Some families may not want their younger children to see this. Overall, this is a very useful DVD.
