Dove Review

Three flies rode along on the Apollo 11 mission and no one even knew it! Buzz Aldrin actually shows up at the end of the film to make sure the audience knows this isn’t true, but it sure is fun watching “what might have been!” Nat is the fly with a dream, a dream to land on the moon. His grandfather Amos, voiced by Christopher Lloyd, never quite made it but had come close. Nat winds up on the lunar module with his friends IQ and Scooter, and all their skills in survival are needed as they undergo several close calls. When the three flies spot the moon, Nat is pumped up with excitement as his dream is so close. Will he actually manage to land along with the crew of Apollo 11?

You will have to actually watch the film to find out, but these three flies sure know how to go on an adventure. The 3D effects are fantastic and the backgrounds and colors are vivid. The animation of Armstrong walking on the mood is awesome. The audience is also treated to an audio clip of President John F. Kennedy. Watch history as it is slightly altered for fun! This is one mission you won’t want to miss.
