Synopsis

Limited Theatrical Release – Would-be superhero, Ed Gruberman, who possesses no super powers must join a team of misfit heroes-in-training known as the Super Capers. Having only faith, Gruberman must travel through time to uncover an evil plot involving some gold bullion, a fiery femme fatale, and a criminal mastermind with a dark secret about Ed’s past.

Dove Review

This is a spoof about super heroes that will have you laughing. For example Adam West is seen as a taxi driver and the taxi is the bat mobile. When asked if he is a super hero he replies yes, that he was known as “Man Bat”. Throughout the entire movie there are funny little antics that easily remind you of past movies. The film features Ed, the want-to-be superhero, whose powers are not what anyone would expect, the power of prayer.

Although Ed’s prayers are different than the normal prayers we all have heard, his faith helps him through the rough times. Dove awards this movie the Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for 12+ due to some of the content. Please see content chart below.
